GM Resumes Political Donations – WSJ.com

The [Government Motors] gave $90,500 to candidates running in the current election cycle, Federal Election Commission records show.

The beneficiaries include Midwestern lawmakers, mostly Democrats, who have traditionally supported the industry’s legislative agenda on Capitol Hill, including Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D., Mich.), Sen. Sherrod Brown (D., Ohio) and Rep. John Dingell (D., Mich.).

So now they are using money borrowed from my daughter and her children to make political contributions? Mother fuckers. And this is their justification:

“As we’ve emerged as a new company, we’re not going to sit on the sidelines as our competitors and other industries who have PACs are participating in the political process,” Mr. Martin said.

You’re the frickin’ federal government! You don’t have any competitors. Usually when there are competitors there is a level playing field. You have have billions of dollars of money given to you that was borrowed from others and secured by my children’s future earnings. Where was Ford’s billion dollar infusion? Oh, they didn’t need one because they make cars people want that Ford can make a profit on.

You screwed the previous group of saps who loaned you money. You screwed your non-UAW employees. You are also a bunch of liars which is probably why you fit so well with the .gov.

I don’t care if you pay back every dime, however unlikely. I will never, ever, ever, never, ever buy a GM/Government Motors vehicle again. Ever. I hope you fail and your factories closed and some American’s take them over and turn a profit with them. Yeah, that’s right. I called you un-American. Come, on, do something….
