I wonder if this sort of thing could happen here? Of course it could silly. Sure, someone may sue the .gov for cutting off the service, but that would be months and years after the event. If you’re planning on coordinating your flash mob activities via text message you should have a backup communication plan. The cell towers in your area might suffer a “mysterious” outage at a critical time.
