¿qué demonios?

I’m a little late to this party. Lots of other blogs have commented on this guy’s videos. Of course, no one in his right mind should hire this person or train with him. None of these videos was safety even considered. In all of them a simple no-shoot target could have been used to demonstrate the technique.

The point of training is to instill the necessary skills in your students without exposing them to unnecessary risk that might injure or kill them. As the Riddler said in Batman Forever, “Don’t kill him! If you kill him, he won’t learn nothin’!”

As a student you should strive to learn the skills being taught as quickly and efficiently as possible while looking out for your own safety. Never do anything you think will result in serious injury unless everything goes 100% right. Before getting any training, do some research on the instructor(s). Talk to their former students, study any videos they have posted and make an informed decision.
